What areas can I use this service?

We deliver to accommodation facilities around the 88 sacred sites in the four prefectures of Shikoku (Tokushima, Kochi, Ehime, and Kagawa). Plese check for more details about our coverage area when making a reservation.

Is same-day delivery possible?

We can also deliver within the city on the same day. However, due to delivery schedules, we may not be able to accommodate this request, so please make your reservation at least one day in advance if possible.

What methods can I use to pay?

We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB), bank transfers, and cash on delivery. Payment can also be made after delivery is completed.

Are there any restrictions on the size and weight of luggage?

We can accept luggage up to 140cm in total length, width and height, and up to 25kg in weight. If the luggage exceeds these limits, we will provide a separate quote, so please contact us.

Can I cancel my reservation?

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before delivery has started. If you cancel after the delivery process has started, a cancellation fee of 50% of the delivery fee will be charged.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you can check the delivery status of your package in real time using the tracking number, you will receive after completing your reservation.Please check the Package Tracking page.
